Here Are The Notable Games Launching In August
It's almost the beginning of a new month and with it comes the that hyped feeling of anticipation related to the upcoming game releases scheduled for the month of August. As usual, we compiled what we think are some of the notable games coming to both retail and digital stores.

HellBlade: Senua's Sacrifice Screenshot

The first game on our list can be purchased thru the PlayStation Store and Steam only called Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. This psychological action-adventure from the studios of Ninja Theory shows a lot of promise with its beautifully rendered graphical presentation up to its dark plot. The game will go live on August 8 but you can pre-order the game right now.

The Observer And Sonic Mania

Next, we have the cyberpunk horror game The Observer together with Sonic Mania which will debut on August 15. The Observer follows the exploits of Daniel Lazarski who is a part of an elite group of neural detectives called The Observer who's in charge of hacking the minds of suspects. Sonic Mania, on the other hand, is a brand new 2D side-scroller Sonic game built on the same principles/style of its predecessors from the 16-bit era.

Chloe and Nadine will venture into the lush jungles of India on August 22 with the launch of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. This spin-off from the original series is built using the same engine from Uncharted 4 with new and improved features which are never before seen in an Uncharted game.

Absolver Woth Mario + Rabbids: KB and Yakuza Kiwami

Then on August 29, the indie fighting game-based RPG The Absolver together with the wacky combination of Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle and Yakuza Kiwami will hit both digital and retail stores everywhere. The Absolver is an ARPG whose main focus is the development of a player's character whom he must groom to survive in the barren lands of a collapsed empire. Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is an X-COM type party game which is a product of the collaboration between Ubisoft and Nintendo, while Yakuza  Kiwami is a remake of the original Yakuza game for the PlayStation 2. The game was already launched in Japan last January 21, 2016, for both PS3 and PS4.
