One of this week's great surprise was the announcement of the Resident Evil 7
Gold Edition which will include the full game and all of its DLC's both released and unreleased. This information was recently announced through Capcom Unity together with its official launch date which is scheduled on December 12, 2017. The Japanese market, however, will not be getting the game until December 14 according to a recent article update by Inside-Games.
A total of four DLC's were planned and developed for the game. The first two of the DLC's were already launched in the form of Banned Footage Vol.1 which featured two new playable scenarios called Nightmare and Bedroom followed by Vol. which was focused on the dark history of the Bakers.
The third and fourth DLC will feature Chris Redfield in an expansion called "Not A Hero" which is developed as an FPS survival FPS which is the complete opposite of Ethan's gameplay and it's totally free. The End of Zoe, on the other hand, is not, which means that it will launch as part of the game's Season Pass and can also be purchased separately. The "End of Zoe" takes place after the events of Resident Evil 7, other than that, there is no other information shared regarding its plot.
