Another cinematic trailer was showcased yet again for Hideo Kojima's mysterious game called Death Stranding, but unlike the last two trailers, this one actually showcased an overview of what could have caused the game's dark and eerie environment. The trailer as expected was presented at this year's The Game Awards show by Hideo and Norman Reedus who was the once again featured in the trailer.
The trailer starts with a scene that features Norman (Sam) and two of his companions in what looked like an exploration accident. This scene then escalates to a darker scenario that will eventually take the life of his companions. The trailer also gives us a first glance at what could be another of game's antagonist who appears to be invisible. These series of unfortunate events seem to have been caused by a second "Big Bang" which will eventually be the end of the human race. This trailer could also be the prelude to the very first trailer where we see Norman in a beach naked in a beach surrounded by a lot of dead sea creatures who then cradles an infant.
