The Resistance And A New Zombie Revealed For COD: WWII

Activision has recently revealed the content of the first DLC pack for COD: WII called The Resistance. The expansion which is scheduled to go live for PS4 players on January 30, 2018, will contain three new Multiplayer maps, a new War Mode Mission called the Intercept, and the next chapter of the Nazi Zombies Saga called The Darkest Shore which will feature a new type of Zombie.

Call of Duty WWII Anthropoid Map

The first map called Anthropoid is staged in Prague, Czechoslovakia. This map was inspired by a real-life assassination mission called Operation Anthropoid. The map features long long flanking paths which are perfect for ranged attacks.

Call of Duty WWII Occupation Map

The second map called Occupation is a remake of the classic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer map called Resistance.This map is staged in German-occupied Paris, France complete with long side streets and shops designed for mid-range combat.

Call of Duty WWII Valkyrie Map

The third map called Valkyrie was inspired by Hitler’s Eastern-front headquarters during Operation Barbarossa called The Wolf's Lair located in Masurian Woods, East Prussia. This map features multiple overwatch positions and mounted machine-guns.

Call of Duty WWII Operation Intercept

Operation Intercept which is the new War Mode is an urban rescue mission. The operation is composed of three objectives, free the fighters, destroy key communication and stop a train. And finally, the next chapter of the Nazi zombies sage takes Marie, Drostan, Olivia, and Jefferson to an island north of Germany in pursuit of Doktor Straub.
