PUBG Ad Pulled By Microsoft After Fan Complaint

A Redditor who goes by the username Macsterr has recently brought up an issue regarding Microsoft's PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds promotional ad stating that the image bears similarity to the artwork he made two months earlier. The image can be seen below in a side by side comparison with the Xbox One X ad which was eventually pulled out and is currently being investigated by Microsoft.

Macsterr states that does not own any copyright to the image which got more than 63k views which he assumes that they(Microsoft) saw the image and that he did not get any credits for the image. Microsoft's ad based on the image was posted last December 26, 2017.  PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds despite its may flaws has been doing well in terms of sales since its official console launch on December 12, 2017.
