Monster Hunter World Bags First PS4 Player

The first Player's Choice Award was bagged by Monster Hunter World after getting more than 50% of the overall votes, trailing behind is Dragon Ball FighterZ who got nearly 20% of the total votes, other runner-ups include EA Sports' UFC 3 and Celeste. Monster Hunter World has been a big hit even before its official launch, it hyped the gaming community from day one up until now. The game's community is getting bigger each day which explains the overwhelming vote results.

Player's Choice Award is a new method of honoring the best game on the PlayStation platform. This program was recently started by Sony this year and it involves the entire PlayStation community. PlayStation.Blog will be posting a poll on the last day of each month which will run for 7 days. The game that gets the most votes from the community will be declared as the Player's Choice award for that month and will be showcased at the PlayStation Store for the entire year. The next poll will be posted on February 28, 2018. Check out the launch trailer for Monster Hunter World below and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
