Great news for local Esports players and Teams as The Government of Dubai Media Office together with the TECOM group is going on a joint collaboration to establish Dubai X-Stadium as part of the 10X initiative. The goal of which is to establish a global gaming hub and make Dubai as a centerpiece for hosting international Esports events/ gaming tournaments. The new stadium (see schematics below) is designed not only to generate revenues for Dubai but to encourage local teams and talents to develop skills for global competitiveness in the ever-growing Esports industry.

Right Now Dubai's competitive gaming community is growing each month and is only composed of 5 local teams (VSlash, Fursan, NASR, Yalla, and Fate Esports) whose aim is to infuse global standards and discipline towards local talents. The concept of having our very own stadium will further enhance the skills of local talents that will definitely promote more revenues and a solid fanbase/community for Esports.
