First Look: State Of Mind

A teaser for an upcoming futuristic sci-fi thriller video game called State of Mind was recently unveiled through its official Youtube page and it looks great. The game is the brainchild of Daedalic Entertainment a German-based studio known for their video game interpretation of Ken Follet's best-selling novel Pillars of the Earth launched in September of last year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and IOS devices. State of Mind unlike Pillars of the Earth takes place in 2048 in the city of Berlin presented in a low-poly visual style graphics.

The game promises to provide a deep dive into a conceived futuristic scenario based on the current trend in technology. Featuring a 15-hour gameplay which follows the exploits of an investigative journalist named Richard Nolan who is in a quest to uncover a worldwide conspiracy that will determine the fate of humanity. State of Mind is currently available for pre-order through Steam and is expected to launch in August, while the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch version of the game remain undisclosed.
