E3 2018 is fast approaching and so are the various details and speculations for this year's upcoming game reveals. One of the most recent updates pertains to the registration of the domain name DevilMayCry5.com. The registration was done on May 18, under the Onamae domain registrar, according to Gematsu who first got hold of the information from a ResetEra thread. What makes the information interesting is that Onamae is said to be the same registrar used by Capcom for MonsterHunterWorld.com and ResidentEvil7.com. However, the article also states that the DevilMayCry6.com, DevilMayCry8.com, and DevilMayCry9.com are also registered under Onamae but DevilMayCry5.com is on different name servers than the rest of mentioned domains. The rumored development of Devil May Cry 5 first surfaced in November of last year through ResetEra.
ResidentEvil2.com which has been owned by Capcom since 1997 was said to have been updated last April 22. Capcom updating the website may be due to the fact that the Resident Evil 2 remake will make an appearance in this year's E3. Though both information remains unconfirmed by Capcom, the possibility of both titles making an appearance at this year's E3 just got bigger.
