The sequel to Techland's open-world survival zombie-inspired action adventure game Dying Light made an appearance in this year's E3. Dying Light 2 will feature all the core mechanics of its predecessor tweaked for a more immersive experience. Techland with the help of Fallout: New Vegas writer Chris Avellone also did some major improvements on the game's story by infusing a new feature called Narrative Sandbox which is a broader version of choices and consequences according to Techland's Adrian Ciszewski during a sit down with GameSpot.
The original game has been positively received by players who praised the game from its unique and fluid parkour movement. In terms of sales, Dying Light manage to entice more than 1.5 million players in its first week since launch. No doubt that Dying Light 2 with all its improvements and added features will become bigger than the first installment.
