Tekken Mobile Adds The Dromaeosaurid Clone To Its Roster

Alex the Dromaeosaurid clone created Doctor Bosconovitch who first appeared in Tekken 2 will be joining the roster of Tekken Mobile. Also teased is a silhouette of a character which greatly resembles that of Bryan Fury. Both characters will go live on the next Tekken Mobile update.

“There was a video of a man’s dog being headlocked by a kangaroo, and he punched it in the face”, Harada says. “It turned into a big problem. People were complaining about him punching a kangaroo. It seems that in the last few years there’s a lot more animal activists – even though they probably wouldn’t play our game they would still hear about that, about a kangaroo in our game being punched, and would complain about it.” - VG247

Going back to Alex, it's a great thing that a Dromaeosaurid is stronger than a human, the reason for such is the story behind one of its animal-inspired characters named Roger. See, Roger Jr just like Alex is also a created by Doctor Bosconovitch and was supposed to be part of Tekken 7's roster but was later scrapped as a precautionary measure to repel animal activists from polluting the game. Kuma and Panda remained as part of the roster since according to Harada is "obviously stronger than a human being." Nevertherless Roger Jr. would have been a great addition to Tekken 7's roster. Tekken mobile is available for free in both Android and IOS device. Stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
