The Nintendo Classic Mini: Family Computer Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary Commemoration Version has been selling like pancakes or in this case Takoyaki in Japan. Selling a whopping 111,000 units 72 hours since launch based on the latest data shared by Media Crate. As the version of the name implies, was described as a very special edition produced to celebrate The Weekly Shōnen Jump's 50th year in the entertainment industry.
Announced earlier this year with a 7,980 yen price tag, the gold Famicom console comes with 20 built-in games inspired by some of the most iconic Manga series featured in the magazine. Though limited in supply, interested parties can still avail of this special console through Amazon Japan for 8,979 yen through this LINK and another version that comes with a Nintendo USB AC Adaptor is also available for 9,800 yen through this LINK.
