Red Bull has officially announced the 2017 Kumite which will be held at the Salle Wagram in Paris France on May 27-28, 2017. This year's Kumite will showcase 14 of the world's best Street Fighter Pro-Players like Tokido, PR Balrog, and Xiao Hai (Qanba Douyu) in a double-elimination bracket tournament.
Last year's grand finals was a face-off between Infiltration coming from the winner's bracket with his character Nash against Tokido from the loser's bracket with his character Ryu in the Kumite's octagon. The match ended with Infiltration winning the match.
With Akuma now reunited with his master, Tokido is now ready for redemption. 2017 is going to be exciting with all the changes Capcom has made.
