For those who weren't able to participate in Soulcalibur VI's network test, you still have at least a day to check out and experience the game's online ranked match mode which is already packed full of fun by itself. Featured in the test are 16 characters made up of Mitsurugi, Geralt, Voldo, Yoshimitsu including the previously announced DLC character Tira.
Despite having some slight hiccups from time to time, the beta offers a solid gameplay experience which will be worth it. One of such cons is the length of time the player has to wait for an opponent, though this might be the case, toggling with the various options in the menu (see image above) can somehow provide a much-needed solution to such dilemma.
Interested parties, however, need to fulfill a couple of requirements depending on their system. One of which is a 2.72 GB of storage space for the PS4 and 3.18 for the Xbox One. PlayStation 4 owners can go directly to the PlayStation Store and search for the SOULCALIBUR VI Network Test on the search box, then download. Xbox One players, on the other hand, needs to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription in order to participate. Soulcalibur VI is scheduled to launch on November 19, for the PS4, Xbox One, and Steam. Check out some the footage of each character's Critical Edge below captured by Gamespot from the ongoing test and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
