YouTube Admits Mistake And Reverses Decision in Taking Down Shirrako
YouTube has recently reversed its decision and reinstated the YouTube channel of Shirrako after taking it down for yesterday. His violation? uploading a RDR2 gameplay called "Red Dead Redemption 2 - Beating up Annoying Feminist" posted over a week ago. Shirrako received two emails from YouTube which he shared in his Twitter Account, the first email informed his that the video was flagged for review and was eventually removed as it violated YouTube's community guidelines. This was followed by a second email informing him that his account was already suspended.

The suspension was sparked discussions all over the web until it the issue finally reached YouTube's Global Head of Gaming Ryan Wyatt who was tagged by Keemstar's reaction video pertaining to the incident. Keem states in his video that the suspension of the channel was inappropriate and if it violated the guidelines then all Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay videos should be taken down. This could be one of the reasons for the reversal of the decision which Ryan Wyatt "logically" understood.

"YouTube we cannot take this stance... We can't say that what someone does in a video game is reflected real life somehow or some type of political statement" - Keemstar in his reaction video via Twitter

Shirrako's channel is now back with the controversial video now tagged as age restricted. Check out Keemstar's reaction video through this LINK and check out Yong Yea's report on the incident for more information and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
