Dissidia FFNT Free Edition Goes Live For Japan and Asia
Square Enix has recently launched a free edition for Dissidia FFNT for both Asia and Japan regions. This means that those who have a PSN account for either region will get to play a part of the full game free of charge. Perks in the free edition includes online and offline battles (online requires an active PS Plus subscription), access to four characters that will randomly change on a weekly basis and carry over your data to the full version if you decide to purchase the full game.

Starter Character packs are also available for purchase to which will be a permanent mainstay in the free edition. Details pertaining to a western release remains undisclosed however, Gematsu points out the existence of in-game trophies found in Exospace which is a popular social media page for gamers. Which brings us to the posibility that a western version could probably make its way to the PlayStation Store anytime soon. Check out the trailer for the free edition below and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates
