After an intense weekend battle for more than $600,000 prize pool, everything has led down to Thailand being crowned as the
2018 PUBG Mobile Star Challenge Global Champion. RRQ Athena managed to dominate the finals after raking in 4185 placement points and 1425 kill points. Trailing behind in second place are the Comfortable Penguins with their 3860 placement points and 1440 kills points followed by two other Chinese Team Douyu LH and Douyu GT on third and fourth place respectively.

PUBG Mobile Star Challenge has been one of the first global eSports event held in Dubai, the event was streamed in 11 languages and featured the best PUBG mobile players across the planet. This year's champion managed to bring home $200,000 USD while $100,000 was awarded to the second place winner and $50,000 went to the third place winner. The event was organized by Tencent Games together with PUBG Corp. and was sponsored by Samsung Galaxy 9.
