With just a couple of weeks since its official launch, Respawn is already dropping new items into its free-to-play Fortnight counterpart Apex Legends. One of which is a new weapon called Havoc. This energy weapon features two firing modes; Full Auto and Hitscan Beam. In "Full Auto," this beast was said to inflict massive damage-per-shot similar to the Hemloc. Havoc is also the only hitscan weapon in charge beam mode. Its also mentioned that this is the only weapon to date that can accommodate two hop-ups.

For those who are unfamiliar with the game, Apex Legends is EA's answer to Fortnight. Respawn's new creation is a class-based shooter similar to Overwatch. It also features a three-person squad competitive shooter set in a map that can accumulate a maximum of 60 players. Unlike other battle royale inspired titles, players can revive their teammates in the field. Another interesting thing is that the game enables players to drop together as a team plus it does not have any fall damage. Apex Legends has managed to reel in more than 10 million players since launch which ballooned to more than 25 million players in just two weeks.  Check out the trailers below and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
