Google may be unveiling something big in the upcoming GDC 2019. Expectations run high as the company is rumored to reveal its Project Stream which is a subscription streaming service for video games. As noted by the article by PC Components, the streaming service rumored as codename Yeti will probably be paired with hardware. Speaking of hardware, images for Google's console controller including details of its patent were shared earlier this year. Based on the patent description, "the controller may be utilized to activate one or more host device"
like smartphones, television monitor, or a tablet.
As for the gaming populace, most comments points out that the design resembles that of the OUYA controller, which is a failed game streaming console. While other commenters stated that the images are merely concepts based on the patent. Pointing out that either Google commissioned 3D renderings from an external company or that Yanko Design visualized the controller.
