Saber and Focus Home interactive's entry to the third-person zombie genre will be making its way to both digital and retail stores next week. Based on the hit movie of the same name, World War Z
is a game designed to put the players on the frontline of the impending apocalypse. This narrative-driven co-op game comes with a diverse collection of characters, a colossal arsenal of weapons, and a diverse collection of zombies generated by Saber Interactive's Swarm Engine.
Players will have the option to level up six diverse classes made up Gunslinger, Hellraiser, Slasher, Medic, Fixer, and Exterminator. The game also features "procedural enemy and item spawn" based on the player's performance. In addition to the campaign is the multiplayer mode featuring four versus four battle with a dash of zombie swarm. World War Z is scheduled to launch on April 16 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for $39.96. Check out the gameplay overview trailer below and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
