Yuta "Chikurin" Take made his first
2019 Tekken Word Tour Masters event win after plowing through some of the best Tekken specialists in the tour. Among his casualties is
2018 EVO Champ Sun Woong Youn better known as LowHigh who fought his way from the losers bracket after his 2-0 defeat from Alexandre "AK" Laverez. Despite the champ's efforts, he was not able to fan out Chikurin's flaming desire for victory which led to a no-bracket-reset-first-set victory from Chikurin.
Coming in at third is Yota "Pekos" Kachi who also hails from Japan followed by JDCR on Fourth place. Chikurin earned 300 ranking points for his recent victory, 220 for LowHigh, 150 for Pekos and 100 for JDCR. Check out the top 8 finals below and stay tuned for more gaming news and updates.
